New Video: Jessie J - Think About That
Jessie J is back y'all!
The British songstress is ready to reclaim her artistry with her latest single and video "Think About That."
After releasing a teaser song last month, "Real Deal," and her R.O.S.E. Confessional about where she's been, we're happy to see JJ is back at it with full-length songs and artsy visuals.
"Think About That" is dark and honest, with just the right amount of attitude. In the black-and-white 3-minute clip, the soulful songstress touches on why she hasn't released any music lately, what she's been feeling, and how she found her voice again.
Visually, we see Jessie break the reigns of the rope that was holding her back as she proves that she can stand her own and is poised to take back control of her life and her career.
"All you disturb is my work and my patience/ Years of grindin', you took it, you broke it and all 'cause you fake it" she sings out. "You just laughed when I cried/ Think about that."
#ThinkAboutThat is nothing short of both haunting and beautiful. If this song and video is any indication of what Jessie J's next album 'R.O.S.E.' will sound like, we're excited to hear it! The wait has definitely been well worth it.
